Richard Manall, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Rick joined Allies, Inc. in August 2012, where he served as Controller until assuming his current role as Chief Financial Officer. He comes to Allies with over 36 years of experience in both Public Accounting and Healthcare Finance in the areas of long-term care, physician services, and human services.

In the role of Chief Financial Officer, he provides executives with timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, and oversees accounting and finance operations; as well as design and maintenance of the financial reporting structures. In addition to overseeing accounting and finance, Rick offers broad management, internal control and strategic advice to management.

Rick received his bachelor’s degree from La Salle University in Pennsylvania. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both New Jersey and Virginia. Rick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

His success as an advisor to business is built on a foundation of leadership and management experience developed while serving in the Unites States Marine Corps as a staff non-commissioned officer.
