Marge Conner-Levin, MSW, VP of Behavioral Health Services

Marge brings more than 20 years of experience across the health care continuum to the Allies, Inc. team, and has held positions in executive management, consultation, education, direct clinical work, and payer relations.

Prior to joining Allies, Marge served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Archway Programs in Atco, New Jersey. Archway is a diverse human service organization serving individuals from birth through end of life, with multiple I/DD and behavioral health challenges in schools, residential, partial care, in-home (including EIP), after school in public schools, and in community-based support services. As CEO, she led and managed all aspects of the organization through a successful turnaround initiative. She generated and increased fiscal surplus for the first time in 10 years through program expansion; and increased its donor base by 50%. Prior to becoming the CEO, Marge served as the Chief Operating Officer for Strategic Business Development and Fundraising of the Archway Programs. In this capacity, she provided leadership and direction to all areas of program operations including development, fiscal, human resources, and strategic planning, while seeking new opportunities.

Previously, Marge served as Writer/Consultant/Performance Improvement Leader with CFG Health Systems in Marlton, New Jersey. In this role, she led performance improvement activities including the pursuit of JCAHO accreditation, data design, collection, and analysis. She was the senior writer for its telemedicine program, producing marketing, operations, and presentation materials. Additionally, she authored numerous program operation and development manuals, including a copyright-pending telemedicine manual.

Marge served as the Chief Operating Officer for Drenk Mental Health Center in Mt. Holly, New Jersey from 2000-2004.  In this capacity, she led all aspects of agency operations, including day-to-day management of 21 programs and human resource management of 300 employees. She also served as the Associate Executive Director for Behavioral Healthcare from 1997-2000.

Marge continues to serve as a senior consultant with OPEN MINDS, a national market research firm.  In this role she provides consulting services for strategic planning, delivery system operations, merger and acquisition due diligence, and financing strategies for human service providers.

Since 2008, Marge has provided personal historian services to individuals looking to preserve their life stories in either print or video.
